Kook de rijst (het liefst een dag van tevoren)\n2. Voeg de sjalotjes, knoflook, bosuitjes en de trassie toe (eerst fijngehakt in de blender)\n3. Voeg de rijst toe\n4. Maak de bouillonblokjes fijn en voeg toe\n5. Voeg twee eetlepels ketjap toe. Evt. op smaak maken met peper en zout\n\nBabi tjien\n\nBenodigdheden\n700 gr speklappen (volgende keer gebruik ik liever kipfilet)\n1 ui\n4 teentjes knoflook\n2 theelepels djahe (gember)\n1 theelepel ketoembar (koriander)\n2 eetlepels ketjap\n1 eetlepel taotjo (kon ik niet vinden in de jumbo en dus niet gebruikt)\n\n1. Snijd de speklapjes in blokjes van 2&#215;2\n2. Bak de blokjes in olie bruin en knapperig\n3. Doe de ui, knoflook, djahe, ketoembar, taotjo en ketjap in de blender.\n4. Haal de vleesblokjes uit de pan, schenk bijna al het vet af.\n5. Bak de geblende puree met 4 eetlepels water tot een sausje.\n6.
