Met dank aan Nuris (Tims neef).\n\nRecept Opor Ayam\n\nBenodigdheden (allemaal bij Jumbo verkrijgbaar):\n\n1 kip\n400 ml kokosmelk\n2 stengels citroengras\n3 cm laos\nSuiker en zout later naar smaak toevoegen\n\nBenodigdheden bumbu (kruidenpuree)\n\n5 kemirinoten\n3 cm kurkuma (ik heb poeder gebruikt)\n1\/4 tl komijn\n1 sjalot\n1\/4 nootmuskaat\n1 tl peperkorrels\n5 tenen knoflook\n1 tl koriander\n3 blaadjes salam (ik heb laurier gebruikt)\n\nWerkwijze:\nVoeg alle ingredienten van de puree samen in een blender en voeg een scheut water toe. Pureer tot het samen een papje is geworden.\n\nSnijdt het citroengras in kleine stengels (ongeveer 3 cm) en kneus ze met de achterkant van een mes. Kneus ook de laos.\n\nBak de bumbu (kruidenpuree) in olie en voeg het citroengras, de laos en de salamblaadjes toe. Laat de smaken lekker met elkaar mengen.\nVoeg de grove stukken kip (nog aam het bot) toe.
